For a chain the size of Toyoko it would make sense, but it sounds a touch much. If I remember my pickling, you need a knife, a bucket and some vinegar and stuff, non!!???? But it's the weatherbeaten urban peasant smiles that makes them so good.

I do like the sound of these Homemade Centres though.

Durham University Library. Google image search is a wonderful thing.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

since WW2 destruction, j-architects identity have been and should eternally be robotic, inorganic, expressionless, dry, blunt, simple, stateless,
just like everywhere and nowhere.
i wanted uncle sam to nuke and destroy Kyoto and Nara completely without any single traces. its nothing but distractions for japan to go to the direction thoroughly.

this kind of design is totally out‐of‐date and uncool. it really sucks and just exists only for the englishmen who want to cling to the past glory.

Yeah, Bishop Cosin's Library, on Palace Green, next to the Cathedral, we moved load of books up to the then new library.

Takechanpoo, you'll be upset to know when I visited the library in 2014 there was a display of names of people from Durham who had donated money to help people affected by the 2011 earthquake. Some people build bridges, you live under one.

And as for clinging to the past, this library was linked to the science library up the road via an intranet in the 1980s. The science library used a computer from the late 60s. We were amazed that a room in the frozen north required an air conditioner.

‘If you have never been to Durham before, go there at once. Take my car, it’s wonderful.’

You might be tripping of joy with your whole country looking like the concrete hell of an indoor monkey exhibition in a carpet bombed Ukrainian zoo. You evenn got your own nukular meltdown to match...
How fucking awesome...

Don't ask me to call you Dr Zaius. I already have too much champs (/chimps) working hard outsucking each other much more deserving the title...

Don't you dare call him Dr. Zaius you damn dirty kitty lover!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Zaius was a man amongst apes, not a monkey amongst men. He KNEW, you know. He KNEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, anyways...........Durham. Lovely. Got slaughtered and ran around the common naked in 1995. The cops were so agressive; they brought us our clothes and asked us if we wouldn't catch cold without them. A lovely town.

Great trick there, Wags. Good lernin.
