Was in Shibuya Saturday night after the rugby and later in Roppongi. Shibuya was as rammed as anywhere I've ever been but there was a good vibe and everyone was having a good time. They really should close the roads for Halloween there but I think the tourists might complain as it seems one of the things to do was simply cross the road there at the crossing, when it changes to green rush out into the middle and get 3 seconds of selfie time on the road before the crowds descend
