Over in South Korea, the latest from Domino's is the new Doublecrust Iberico Pizza, which features two crispy thin pizza crusts sandwiching a layer of sweet potato mousse, topped with Iberico pork.
...the pizza also comes topped with mozzarella, ricotta, Romano cream cheese, Quattro cheese fondue, bacon, potato, mayo, and sun-dried tomatoes. Additionally, the crust is rimmed with coconut honey powder.

Little-known "fun" fact...Greek-Canadian Sam Panopoulos claimed that he created the first Hawaiian pizza at the Satellite Restaurant in Chatham, Ontario, Canada in 1962.

Though, as is often the case, it can be blamed on ze Germans.,,In Germany, Hawaiian pizza is thought to be a variation of the ham, pineapple and cheese topped Toast Hawaii, originally introduced by Germany's first TV cook Clemens Wilmenrod in 1955.

Nope, a crust with baked potato spread on it in place of tomato sauce. then topped with bits of meat & veg, a bit of cheese.

An upside down shepherd's pie perhaps. It should also be lamb in my book or else it's a cottage pie. And there shouldn't be any pastry. But perhaps I'm being a bit purist about what is, after all, peasant food.

Maybe it should/could be marketed as a shepherd's pie pizza.

Nope, just a thin layer of crumbled baked potato on the pizza crust in place of tomato sauce for some odd reason. Seems daft.
