A girl has been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) since being bullied at her elementary school in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture....The girl has a Chinese father and Japanese mother.
....the school mishandled the case and that the bullying was "based on ethnic discrimination."...The board is also set to compensate the girl's parents for the medical costs of treating her PTSD.

If I ever have kids, they're all going to be masters of at least 3 martial arts by age 6. Sometimes I wish people were stupid enough to bully me in high school. Then I would have had a reason to sidekick them in the stomach.
