FOR 23 YEARS, I would send error reports to the JIS {Japan Industrial Standard} Dictionarywithout ANY reply.

Basically, JIS Dictionary thinks that a "plus driver" is a Phillips head screwdriver, an automobile steering wheel is a handle/ハンドル, and a just a plain old "oscilloscope" is a "synchroscope" , grrr.
