Japanese Arcades Are Reportedly "On Their Last Life" the Akihabara landmark giant Sega arcade announced it was closing for good, the Warehouse Kawasaki was a five-story amusement facility in Kawasaki, Japan under Geo Corporation's Anata no Warehouse brand of themed amusement facilities and parks. This Arcade was designed to look worn down and like the former Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong, very Cyberpunk-ish inside the obvious culprit would be Covid panic, less kids born in a population decline, a new downturn in business due to the coronavirus outbreak.I think Japan will possibly to better in a downturn than parts of Europe or the States, the fact is Akihabara was always in flux, Akihabara is always rapidly changing, maybe it can finally become a giant Soylent Green type old folks home.
