Guessing this is a situation where too few loo's were set up with poor placement, resulting in lines of people who couldn't wait going wherever they can....like we see at every major event here. (and marathons everywhere) Are we pretending the taxi drivers that water the "sacred park" on a nightly basis don't exist? Sure, it's a gaijin problem tho..
