A British preacher has been arrested for groping a young Japanese woman on a train.
According to reports, a 48-year-old British pastor was on board a train in Shiga prefecture one afternoon.
Over the course of 25 minutes he took a seat next to a 22-year-old office worker, groping her legs and breasts for the duration of his trip...
