Seems to me like another "JAPANESE AR SPESHIAL!" argument.

If we distinguished between different Asian nationalities on such basic forms, then why don't distinguish between people of British, French, Nigerian, German, Swiss, Mexican (he forgot to mention Native American, Hispanic, and "OTHER," lol), Portugese, South African, Austrailian, or any of these other nationalities generally tied to a race?

White people are just white people in America, why should Asians, Blacks, or anyone else be any different?

I'm sure some people would argue for removing a race thingy from forms and tests all together...

JapanToday sucks... they run their stuff on a IIS/Windows 2000 Box (using my trusty HTTP commands from telnet), and have WAY too much ADO going on to keep that sucker running.

If they moved that stuff to Linux and Java, it'd scale a lot better.
