Japan probes allegation that Japanese company supplied Libya with technology for nuclear arms. Japan is investigating allegations that a Japanese company sent Libya key technology that can be used to make nuclear arms...the transaction would violate Tokyo's strict export controls as well as its long-standing policy against possessing or trading nuclear weapons.
