Nine people, including eight crew members of a Cambodian fresh fish vessel, have been arrested on suspicion they tried to help illegal aliens leave Japan in April, the Yamaguchi prefectural police and the Japan Coast Guard said Thursday.Officials said South Korean Ju Moung Ae, 46, and the eight crew members of the Jin Hae No. 3, have been arrested for allegedly trying to assist a total of four South Korean and Chinese men and women in leaving Japan on April 18 after their illegal stays in the country.
