Four armed carjackers apparently posing as cops execute a 41-year-old Japanese man in Manila in front of his children and make off with his luggage soon after he arrives from Nagoya....[he]did not fight back. He was just handcuffed... "The suspects shot him without provocation, then got his wallet and other belongings."
