A photograph of a woman that was obtained from a person who fled North Korea is almost certainly that of a Japanese woman who went missing in Chiba Prefecture in 1962, it has emerged.
The photograph, obtained from a former North Korean resident now living in South Korea, is thought to be that of missing woman Teruko Kase.
