Lawyer goes extra step to win accident insurance for worker

A lawyer has convinced the Tokyo High Court to overturn a lower court decision that denied worker's accident insurance to a man who collapsed and died while lifting heavy objects in midsummer, by subjecting himself to the same grueling conditions.
