The report says the incident took place last night in the Jinnan area of Shibuya. Bullet fragments have been found and police are treating it as attempted murder. Witnesses believe the foreigners (around 10 in total) were Iranians.

Bullet fragments wounded three pedestrians on a street in Tokyo's Shibuya-ku on Tuesday after a gun was fired during a fight between foreigners, police said.

Police received an emergency call at about 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday saying a gunshot had been fired on a street in the Jinnann district of Shibuya-ku, and that people on the street were fighting.

When police arrived, they found three people in their 20s who had suffered light injuries after being struck in the legs by bullet fragments. A foreigner who was believed to have been involved in the fighting had been stabbed in the forehead, police said.

Now, now. There are plenty of nice Iranians around. Any most of them aren't greasy. (Those bloody Picts are another matter.)

One of the nicest, most intelligent FGs I've ever met was Iranian. Sadly, his father was executed by the Iranian gov't and he went to Iran to find out what happened. I never heard from him since, so I worry that he was imprisoned or executed.
