having those 3 or 4 nuke plants in hokkaido really shitte me up after all those scares gave me a few nightmares i can tell you, this news just reinforces just how little the govt cares.. its not as if ezo is ever really treated as part of the nation anyhow.. yeh bung loads of plants up there, if they go off at least the fat cats are alright... bastads!
