The Asahi reports "The upper half of the fore edge is cut at an angle, giving more width to last pages than to those at the front to form a slope. The lower half is slanted in the opposite direction." 525 yen for an 80-page A5 book - a bumper premium over a troublesome ordinary Campus notebook.
