Japan's road to recovery: confronting denial

In today's Bloomberg News...

The first step in Japan's road to recovery: confronting denial

The Paris-based Organization for Economic Cooperation last week urged Japan once and for all to admit defeat and move on. What does it suggest? "A major change in the way the economy has operated since the early 1970s."

That is the conclusion of the OECD's 165-page analysis ...there is no alternative to revitalizing the economy through structural reform and that there is no more time to be wasted."

The JapanInc reply to the above is the same as the greatest mind of our age, Alfred E. Neuman: "What, me worry?"
