Asahi: Police cracking the whip on brothels working off-limits
Here in Miyagino Ward, residents have something to be proud of. The residential area is home to Miyagi Stadium, where professional baseball newcomer Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles made their debut over the weekend. But on the streets neighboring the stadium, alongside schools and well-kept homes, is a bunch of newcomers that are not only unwelcome, they are illegal: They're sex parlors and they are operating off-limits.
