You can see lots of stars if you get out of the city, but in Osaka I certainly don't see much of anything except Venus and Mars. Saw a very bright shooting star the last time I went to Shikoku.

That's damn scary.

When I was teaching here I found that many students couldn't find well known (and large) countries on a world map. Many couldn't find Canada, for example.
