Killing on Tokaido-Sen

Tokaido Line which runs from Yokohama (Well, it comes from Atami, Odawara etc.) to Tokyo was suspended today morning. When I reached office I was told that there was a killing on the train last night. I looked in Japantoday and a couple other places but cannot find any mention of it. Anyone knows more about it?
Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms should be the name of a store, not a government agency.

Someone jumped over the fence off an overpass onto the tracks near Hiratsuka last night. Don't know why that would delay the train this morning, though.
