This seems to just be an analysis of the 2003 election (fascinating, but)
For political articles, newsonjapan.com or the front page of rikai.com would be a better bet.

i agree, the one good thing about that site, is that it offers the most diverse range of articles on that paticular episode of politics, and the material is easy to download and make into pdfs for study on the move.
