Boy obsessed with uniforms molests 100 schoolgirls

A 19-year-old fast-food restaurant employee, who has been under arrest for molesting girls in Tokyo, has confessed he targeted nearly 100 junior high and high schoolgirls since last summer because he was obsessed with their uniforms, police said.
"Since last summer I have committed nearly 100 cases (of molestation)," police quoted the boy as saying. "I was interested in (girls') school uniforms while at the same time I wanted to make friends with girls."
The boy from Tokyo's Edogawa-ku was arrested after hugging a 17-year-old high schoolgirl and fondling her breasts in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Katsushika-ku on April 22.
Tokyo police on Thursday freshly accused him of touching the buttocks of a 15-year-old high schoolgirl after hugging her in Katsushika-ku on March 10.
He committed the crimes after work in Edogawa-ku. He rode to Katsushika-ku on a bicycle while searching for targets, according to police. (Mainichi Shimbun, Japan, May 27, 2005)

I hosted a small group of American high school students to a high school in Nara. After 2 weeks of exchange we had a "sayonara party" complete with speeches and chips and juice the whole 9 yards. The next day as we wer getting on the bus to say goodbye the principal called me into his office and commanded me to not allow our students to hug the Japanese students goodbye. He felt the sayonara party was out of control as people were hugging and posing for pictures together. F'ing nut job.
