They may not have a filthy rich boyfriend on the line or a huge estate, but they can learn to give off an aura that may be at odds with their actual station in life.

Yeah, J-Girls are very accomplished at this. They really have perfected the art of presenting the best appearance possible through makeup, fashion, etc. American women generally fail miserably at this.
