Tokyo Gov. Shintaro Ishihara

Lott resigns as Natzihara has a ball! Gotta luv Japan.

Quoting the professor, Ishihara said in the interview, "It's meaningless for women to live after they lose their ability to reproduce."

Ishihara went so far as to say that if women live until the ages of the famous centenarian sisters affectionately known as Kin-san and Gin-san, "It is quite harmful to the earth."

Why is this man still in power? Aren't most of these 'worthless' older dinosaurs the one's who support him?

I used to respect him, now I think he's a joke.. And he's STILL Japan's best politician!

That's the difference between a democracy that works and a second-rate oligarchy like Japan's LDP dynasty.

BTW: I am sure there is a correlation between Ishihara's blinking rate during his television interviews and the credibility of his statements.
