What are you smoking? She's getting teased by Japanese boys (girls) in any case, kids get teased, it's a part of life, you just have to be strong and deal with it.
If you react to it, of course the people that are doing the teasing will get a jolt out of it. Also, stop injecting race into this, it has nothing to with it.
