Great news! But, kinda meaningless now.
Thanks to W, Bin Laden's anti-U.S./Western terrorist movement is now more vehement, if not stronger than ever before.
It's not good for the U.S. that he's dead, either. Dead, he creates a legend (hell, even pedophiles like Michael Jackson are forgiven upon death) instead of being exposed for the charlatan purveyor of hatred and evil that he really was (and originally armed and trained by the U.S., it should be noted...)

hey, I've seen that a(ss)vatar before. Wonder if any Repubs (or Teabaggers) are secretly weeping that this happened on Obama's watch?

It'll be interesting to see what comes next.

Great, time to divert some assets to London, the real source of all those airport inconveniences, and perhaps the planet's most target-rich environment.

I was just thinking that we could go for the "hearts and minds" approach and decapitate the body on Oprah or some other form of live telly to show we are culturally sensitive toward Muslim practices...

Headshot! Absolutely amazing operation they pulled off. As a far left loon, I must say hats off the JSOC, the US military, and Obama for pulling this off.

Now, let's get rid of those x-ray scanners for "men" at the airports.
Spare a drink?

No, no, no. Wrap his remains in pig skin smeared with the menstral blood of some Amstedam whores and then pickle the whole thing in a vat of whiskey and put it on display.

That would be a waste of good whiskey.

Give him credit where it's due. I've never seen anybody -- anybody -- do a better Alfred E. Neumann impersonation.

OK. I can deal with that ... as long as it's not the only beverage in the house.

He's been a legend for a long while now for al qaeda sympathizers. This is unexpected on all sides. I think the timing plays into the west's hand and will be demoralizing elsewhere.
I poured a brandy and toasted the news. Good fucking riddance.

Thousands more to go, many of them concentrated in England's northeast Cretinistan Province:
