I have had idiots try to feel me up or follow me from the station or stop me in the street. Turn around and say something. If you say nothing that you are in effect, giving tacit approval of their actions.
The average stalker is a pussy. Call them whatever name you want, be stern but tell them to fuck off. It will stop immediately.
On the trains, a foot stomping or elbow in the ribs works wonders. There is no need for anybody to be passive.
I don't care if people think I am a loud foreigner because they will think that anyway.
What if it was a genuine mistake. There are times when I have carried something in my hand only to have my hand pulled away from me. e.g. my camera. But my hand can camera is wedged in a girls crotch.(It really has happened). I didnt know if I should wiggle it out or what. Seriously something it really is so crowded you dont know what to do.
