The noise....ok, troops are noisy.

Noise? maybe the jets from Atsugi. Pollution.......? The US bases pollution and envirenmental standards are much stricter than Japanese standards. Shit, do Japanese even have envirenmental standards?

So what is with the Navy guys getting all stabby lately?
8 years is pretty severe considering there have been cases of parents killing their own kids and only getting 4-5 years.
