You mean the collapsed ramp at Costco is going to be rebuilt?

What an awful slap in the face to the people in the real disaster areas to promote its bid in this crass manner.

Oh, and to be up and running with enough time to host the Olympics, there would be no other option but to go full steam ahead, so to speak, under nuclear power.
