I used to work out at a boxing gym and one of the coaches, a retired pro, didn't know the meaning of the word "cute" when one of the amateur fighters used it in a sentence. She had to explain it to him in proper Japanese.

I actually wish they'd put an end to all the fucked Engrish they keep adopting...from the new "sutairu ga ii" which has nothing to do with "style" to the classics "donmai" and Fo. This cuntry has a wrong history of locals coming back from abroad with an air of foreign language mastery who proceed to misuse and butcher the words into katakana.
