the meaning of japanese 木屑(kikuzu) includes not only wood chip but also wood shaving, sawdust.
and accoding to the internal information, originally the light blub was used to assemble the exhibition. but at the very day of the incident, someone "wrongly" set it to inside the exhibition. there is a probability that there is someone bearing ill will.
Basically, trying to say it wasn't a planned fuck up but some idiot idea on the fly. Reeks of gross negligence though, not intent.
