There have been some good mexican places that have come and gone over the years. I'm hoping Taco bell follows. A chipotle would be nice.

Costco still has all the cheese and tortillas but not so sure about beans. (they sell frozen burritos though) Taco shells are available here and there.

Frijoles in Tokyo is basically a Chipotle rip off.

Costco sells Rosarita Refried Beans, which sadly are the vile vegetarian style and cost more per gram than Costco hamburger. They also sell S&W Premium Black Beans at such high prices (425g×12 ¥2,780) that I'm forced to buy dried beans off amazon.co.jp. When I finally retire to the Rice Ranch in Shikoku, I will just grow proper pinto beans (and New Mexico style chile peppers).

Feck that's cheap. Welcome to Canada, the 80s Japan of the whatever the 2010s is called. :cry2: Proper canned organic BBs are about 3.50 per can. BTW, FBC sells proper ready to eat organic black beans by the can or case, but I think it's about 350 per or more. I prefer dry beans in general with a few cans around for when laziness strikes.

PS Thanks for that info pheyton the phantom ;)
