Japan Today points out that nipple enhancers are selling fast in Japan.

These Canadian-made fake "nipple enhancers" are all the rage right now in Japan, despite basically being a summer item. Retailers can't keep up with demand. Initially, they were advertised in a lingerie shop catalog. Sales were barely 10 pairs a month. However, once the items were available online, the mania for foreign products jumped on the fake nipples and about 2,000 pairs are sold each month in Japan, spurred on by TV, newspaper, magazine and Internet reports.
