Redenomination of Yen

Personally I would be quite happy if 1 yen equalled 1 Dollar or something like that. It would make things easier for currency conversion. Also I think they need one more bill larget than the current 10 000 bill they have. When they introduced the 2000 bill, I thought a 20 000 bill would be much more useful, or even go as high as a 50 000. Since Japanese still like to deal in cash it would make life a lot easier.
