Japan Times: JFE Steel 'polluted Tokyo Bay'
The Japan Coast Guard sent to prosecutors on Monday a case alleging that JFE Steel Corp., a unit of JFE Holdings Inc., and four employees of the company released highly polluted waste water from a steel mill into Tokyo Bay.
