So there are Japanese who are angry with the registration stuff? I mean, hasn't family and birth location registration been going on since the beginning, and isn't it used to discriminate in hiring?

Isn't the issue that some local governments (Osaka being one) have already reported glitches in 'the system' and it isn't even online yet?? How hard can it be for a hacker (hackers?) to get in there and make everybody's information 'gusha-gusha'?
