In an extraordinary admission, the president of discount airline Skymark Airlines Co. said Tuesday his fleet of Boeing aircraft continue to fly even though the company does not have sufficient maintenance mechanics...Skymark Airlines incurred the wrath of the transport ministry for operating five Boeing 767s for four months without conducting mandatory component inspections as required by the U.S. manufacturer.
