"In the capitalist world, an inability to make money means either you haven't made enough of an effort, or you're too dumb," Nishikawa tells Sunday Mainichi, adding that she is not currently seeing anybody. "I'm waiting for somebody. But, the end result will probably be that someone like that doesn't exist in this country."

She doesn't want to get married. This is just a generic answer women give to get rid of all annoying people who ask "when are you getting married?" and to deal with wussy men who would attempt to stalk her or treat her as a housemaid or replacement mother.
