Why are the buns white? Are they made of rice? I looked around the site but didn't see a reason for the buns being albino..
The sauces look fucking Japanese-weird; plum, wasabi, etc..

I'll give the Silas-albino-fuck burgers a try.. Looks like a stupid gimmick, but that usually works in Japan.. As long as they hire people to wait in line outside, it'll be the next big hit in Tokyo..

1) Never tried them there although I do like the place. If the burgers are good, then they should also be OK at the Beacon Urban Chop House since it's the same chef behind the menus.gkanai wrote:The best hamburgers I've had in Tokyo (and my reference burger is the Corner Bistro burger in NYC) don't match the ones I've had in the US.
However, good burgers can be had at:
1) T. Y. Harbor Brewery on Tennoz Isle.
2) I forget the name of the place, but it's near Yoyogi-Uehara and I can take you there but I don't remember the name
3) I think it is the Imperial Hotel's bar, 2nd floor, great hamburger there. Not cheap tho.

2) Do you mean the West Park Cafe?
3) That would be the Old Imperial Bar.
Anyone have any thoughts on how the burgers rate at the Tokyo American Club?
