Don't Let Kim Il Read This

``While the people of South Korea would never exercise their right to asset claims, it remains a problem with respect to relations with North Korea,'' he said.

Might be a way for N.K. to still get some cash out of Japan and I thought they blew it with the nuke program confession.

I don't think so... did you see the latest from Reuters? North Korea is telling Japan to piss off and that they'll only deal with the U.S. on the nuke issue.

The NK nutcases may wanna collect but . . .

The Japanese always claim that San Francisco Treaty of Peace of 1951 treaty eliminates any possibility of war reparations. The Japanese have had several recent court cases for reparations in the States and Netherlands thrown out. The Korean "Comfort" Women/slaves lost their case in Japan again last year.

Still, one major nation that refused to sign the Treaty was Korea, because of its enmity against Japan for farking the Korean Peninsula. India, China and the Soviet Union also declined to sign.

If North Wackoland Korea wants to collect, good Ruck.
