I wonder if it was the same book/cd set my wife (then gf) had? It was laughable... and strangely disturbing. They even taught pick-up lines and shoot downs. EG: Man: "Helllllo gorgeous. Where have you been all my life?" Woman: "As far away from you as I can be. Get lost creep."
We tried to listen to it in the car while on a road trip... and I had to turn it off. It was just too embarassing.
