They are unrelenting. If there is going to be trouble caused in a neighborhood, that's where it begins. It's probably because they have nothing else to do. Pops is smart enough to get out of the house early in the morning and not come back until late at night.

That's a damn good point. I have seen some ugly ass bright purple, yellow and green kindergartens and even karaoke places in my time here that make his house look like inspired beauty by comparison.

To veer off topic a bit, I just realized watching the above video that the Japanese obaasan habit of laughing while saying something negative or nasty to sort of "tone it down" or make it seem like they aren't an ass for saying it, really irritates the hell out of me.
