They are having this kind of discussion in Australia too. The answer is straight forward to most women - money needs to be spent to support women in terms of raising kids - not just financial, but in child care so that they can continue working, and education of companies to allow some freedom so that working women can stay in the workforce and still look after their kids. This match-making stuff is bullshit. Trying to go back to the old traditional way (get married, have kids, wife stays at home) - is absolutely pointless.
