Asahi: Man with underwear fetish arrested
A 48-year-old man with an apparent underwear fetish was arrested here after he tossed girls' underpants and pantihose that he had worn into his neighbors' yards, police said Sunday. "I got sexually excited whenever I imagined someone being disgusted by underwear I had worn," Kazuo Oshitani, a company worker living in the prefecture, was quoted as telling police. He said he bought girls' lingerie in Ibaraki and wore the items under his clothes to work. At home, he drove around and tossed the garments into other people's gardens. Police arrested him Sunday on suspicion of violating the waste disposal law. Police found more than 200 items of girls' underwear in his home.
