I just stumbled on this news item and noticed the name Mitsumi Takahashi. There is a famous news anchor in Canada with the same name.

Shukan Post (2/15)Once people took their eyes off the naked bodies of the women posing nude outside the Miyazaki Prefectural Government office, they realized one of the faces was extraordinarily familiar. In fact, Shukan Post (2/15) notes, one of the women was once a broadcaster for the local TV network and is actually quite famous in the area.

Late last month, Hiroyuki Asakura, Mitsumi Takahashi and Megumi Ifuku made national news after they were arrested for indecent exposure when the women stripped down to their birthday suits to pose in front of the brick building that has become a hot tourist spot since ex-comedian Hideo Higashikokubaru was elected Miyazaki governor in January last year

That image looks very photoshoppy for me.

Both Takahashi and Mitsumi are very common names so there are probably thousands of them in Japan. Mutsumi Takahashi who goes by the name Mitsumi Takahashi when she is acting (usually playing the role of a new reporter) is obviously not remotely related to the girl in question.

The Japan Times just picked this up in their "Tokyo Confidential" section. The article starts out talking about the photographer,Hiroyuki Asakura, and his 'business' but eventually turns to commentary from another man in the exhibition industry.

One of Mr. C's "partners" describes her own evolution in that direction:

By then," she laughs, "you're already into the domain of perversion; you start thinking, 'The more people who see this, the better.' "

upon reading your comment, i thought the same, so for research purposes, while working, i clicked on ttjereth's nsfw links and zoomed in on the pic.

it definitely looks shopped. once you move past the breasts of the girl on the right and look up towards what would be her left arm, you can definitely see a white edge to it, (even when not zoomed in, actually). definitely looks as though it were cropped from another source and chopped in. same with part of the hairline of the girl on the left.

Some of the other photos on the site are very obvious. They are posing in the middle of what I suppose is the main throughfare and no one is even looking in their direction. In addition, the perspective looks wrong on a few.
