Freelancing is not for everybody and neither of course is being a company person.
I think most people with any kind of responsibility (i.e.) children. will aggree that increasing unemployment not is actually a good thing. Increase in unemployment is neither good for the company people who are put out of stable jobs which they may rely on to meet certain financial commitments, or for the good 'ol freelancers who will likely find it far more difficult to find work as the competition increases.
