This example of "latte art" won first prize for Asuka Yoshimoto [below] at a competition arranged by Blenz Coffee to decide who should represent Japan in the company's International Latte Art Competition which will take place in Canada later this year. Judges, including North American latte art champion Layla Osberg, gave the design a score of 9.75 out of a maximum 10. Yoshimoto, who works at the Shibuya branch of Double Tall Cafe also picked up a cash prize of 100,000 yen along with the invitation to Canada.

The Italian restaurant that sits on the left as you come up the side street from Roppongi Hills to Roppongi Kosaten has a guy named Yokoyama, who won one of the world wide competions in "coffee art". He has most of the people in there trained to do a image on any coffee you order. Pretty good stuff actually.

I have an idea where you are talking about but can you be more specific (such as providing a name for the cafe?) as I want to try it in the next two weeks. I'm sure I will get lost.

Just to make the circle of stupidity complete there needs to be a "Piss Ring World Championships".

There's a small cafe area near a travel section in the "basement" floor of Omotesando hills, and the guy there is a licenced barista

This site has some great examples of coffee art, including this one, which I call the "2 Jokki Greji":
