Cool! I love natto; it's tasty, nutritious, and inexpensive. Yes, I really do like the taste of natto, but then again I love most strong flavoured food including blue cheese, crab & lobster livers, fish roe, stinky tofu, and durians (which are my favourite fruit). But I did not know that it was also good for my skin. Looks like I don't have an excuse not to eat it every day. (Currently on average I eat natto about 2-3 times a week for breakfast.)

You know, tooth brushes, tooth paste, dental floss, mouthwash, and mint candies all exist, all of which I use regularly, and keep my mouth clean while providing minty fresh breath. (I brought a couple of years worth of good tooth paste from Canada, since I know and trust it.) Good oral hygiene more than makes up for any weird food I eat.
