What a ridiculous app. My biggest problem is remembering what the terms are in English. How do you order hotaru ika in English? Oh.. you can't, it doesn't exist outside Japan. I've ordered a basic negihamachi many times and I have yet to get anything resembling the real thing. And I still can't seem to get anyone to understand how to make a proper roll, I want the rice on the INSIDE and the nori on the OUTSIDE. Perhaps they need to make an app for the sushi "chefs" and not the customers.
